What is the cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund, cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM , and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out, but it is no guaranteed.
